a32897a76b Revert "base-files: default set lan ip6class to wan6" 
The issue https://github.com/openwrt/openwrt/issues/7561 has been fixed by upstream commit d402cdae43 .

We can safely assign ULA to LAN now, so revert this patch.

This reverts commit 9627ef26c4.

base-files: introduce a function to get kernel version number 
A new function "get_linux_version()" to normalize and print the
kernel version as an integer. In some migration scripts, it is
useful for checking the Linux kernel version.

9627ef26c4 base-files: default set lan ip6class to wan6 
Before this, lan will be assigned ULA-prefix address,
when lan send Neighbor Solicitation to other lan area hosts with ULA-prefix address as source,
some hosts may not respond (macOS, etc.).

bccab05ac7 base-files: fix offset conversion on caldata_patch_data() 
`$(( ))` will convert uninitialized variable to "0". If we want to
use "-n" to check the string length, it's necessary to make sure the
converted variable is not empty.

8b5f3ee940 base-files: strip space and tab characters from ASCII mac address 
Spaces and tabs are widely used in variable definitions. We have to
remove them to ensure that get_mac_ascii() works properly.
