The old Makefile used PKG_SOURCE_PROTO:=git to download from GitHub,
which had two problems:
1. GFW blocks GitHub access during build
2. Archive extraction path was double-nested (PKG_SOURCE_SUBDIR
conflicts with PKG_BUILD_DIR path)
Switch to local-source approach: copy root/, luasrc/, po/ from
feeds/openclash/luci-app-openclash/ (already cloned locally) during
Build/Prepare. No network dependency, no extraction path issues.
