ci: test: cram: align expected output with upstream openwrt changes

In 05a30b1404 we removed "# CONFIG_VERSION_CODE_FILENAMES is not set" from the cram tests after aligning with openwrt 24.10.5.
However, this was forgotten for the freedom and valyrian board.
