ci: cram: freedom: swupdate: cleanup /tmp after the dry-run tests
The .swu firmware image (~80MB) and temporary PEM keys generated during the wrong-key test were never removed from DUT /tmp, leaving the partition nearly full for the tests that run afterwards. Delete the .swu image and the generated PEM files at the end of the test. References: PCF-2469, PPW-2134 Signed-off-by: Alexandre Fiset <alexandre.fiset@softathome.com>
