PROVISORY: ci: cdrouter: Lower DynamicDNS.Server.{i}.CheckInterval to 30s

WORKAROUND: When the first check misses, the ddns script only rechecks after 60s,
    this can fall just outside the allowed range of the test.
    Lowering it to 30s should allow for the second check to still count.

Issue:PPW-282 - DynDNS 3.1 maintenance release CDRouter test fails
