This is happening due to the manual rule, which was added as provisory workaround in commit bcf0deb2f195 ("PROVISORY: ci: freedom: disable platform") and in commit d49b86aae9fc ("PROVISORY: ci: disable URX851-B0-DK-PON and URX851-HDK-3 platforms"). So lets fix it by removing those manual rules.
