ci: cram: check-for-crashes.t: make it execute as the last test

As the tests are run in alphabetical order, the test is currently run as
first, but its possible, that some of the tests run in later stages
could trigger a crash and thus lets rename the filename to
zcheck-for-crashes.t and make it run as the last test.
