profiles: mxl_x86_osp_tb341_v2: add support for FIT image

* Updated platform dts files to support FIT image.
* added below configs to select the image format:
  CONFIG_IMAGE_FORMAT_FIT - enable to build image in FIT format.
  CONFIG_IMAGE_FORMAT_MKIMAGE - enable to build image in mkimage format.
