ci: add extender_full profile to the coverity scan

Adding the extender_full profile as it contains the following prplWare components:
 - tr181-gatewayinfo
 - tr069-connectionrequest
 - tr069-discovery
 - usp-discovery

which should be covered in the coverity scan.
