PROVISORY: ci: cram: tr181-dhcpv4client: temporarily allow 0 or 1 Discover
A backend bug prevents Enable=0 from stopping the DHCP daemon, leaving an orphaned process that occasionally broadcasts a DISCOVER packet right after Stats.Reset(). Temporarily allowed CRAM test to accept Discover count of 0 or 1 via regex [01] (re). References: PPW-1593 Signed-off-by: Ruslana Popovych <ruslana.popovych@globallogic.com>
