pwhm: upstep pwhm version to v7.6.7

This upstep will integrate the following tickets :

- Issue: PPM-3034 PWHM Wi-Fi hostap updated security configuration for
Wi-Fi 7
- Issue: PPW-384 Fix hex string to byte conversion issue
- Issue: PPM-2984 Add WiFi.AccessPoint.MLDConfig
- PPW-367: Assigning Toggle action to wps_state parameter to avoid all
three radios restart while changing security modethree...

Adapt obuspa.t cram test accordingly
