profiles: prpl: bump feed_usp to v9.0.5

Some CDRouter USP tests fail with following error:
2024 Mar 22 22:16:12 prplOS obuspa[2194]: ParseStompHeaders: Parsed STOMP content length (159526) would take frame length over 65536 bytes

Let's increase the MAX_USP_MSG_LEN so longer messages can be handled.

Includes following fix: 06ae85f8a7
