ci: cram: ubus-datamodel-list: add SFPs.AllowedSFPs

FEAT-376 adds support to allow/block SFPs. It includes the addition of a
new object to the BBF TR-181 SFPs datamodel. Adapt ubus-datamodel-list.t
accordingly.
