ci: cram: freedom: point WPS gpio-key check at gpio-keys-polled node

WPS button moved from the gpio-keys edge-IRQ node to a separate gpio-keys-polled node to avoid the GPIO12 pad-leakage IRQ storm.

015-platform.t still read soc@0/gpio_keys/button@1, which no longer exists, so the WPS label and linux, code checks failed.

Point both at soc@0/gpio_keys_polled/button@1; reset stays at gpio_keys/button@2 and linux, code is unchanged (0x0211).
