PROVISORY: ci: cram: freedom: disable 5G modem tests
5G modem (Quectel RM520N-GL) is not working on Freedom with ATH13.1CS. Qualcomm is handling the fix via a separate SF ticket. Disable 5G modem PCI/USB checks in 015-platform.t and skip 50-cellular-offline.t on Freedom DUT board. While at it, fix the copy&pasta in the test description and remove OSPv1.
