profiles: thread: add lrzsz for EFR32MG firmware updates

EFR32MG bootloader supports firmware updates via X-MODEM protocol. So
until a special firmware update tool is available, we can use picocom
with lrzsz to perform firmware updates.

Example flashing session on Freedom board:

  $ picocom --baud 115200 /dev/ttyMSM1 --send-cmd "sz --verbose --verbose --xmodem"
