PROVISORY: ci: 112-wifi-scheduler.t: disable unstable test

The test 112-wifi-scheduler.t is currently unstable and fails frequently,
leading to repeated CI job re-runs just to achieve a CI green status. This
unnecessarily consumes CI resources.

Temporarily disable the test until the underlying issues are resolved.
