profiles: prpl: add support for WNC Freedom board

* adds prplMesh WNC Freedom specific dependencies such as
   hostapd-qca-openssl and wpa-supplicant-qca-openssl
 * adds prplMesh mod-whm-freedom WNC Freedom specific WHM module
   configuration
 * adds prplMesh mod-whm-qca-ipq95xx module with QCA ipq95xx support
   bits for wireless hardware manager
