profiles: qca_ipq95xx: add physical ethernet aliases support for ATH13.0

In the current DTS, the aliases ethernet path /soc/dp* is incorrect.
The proper path would be /soc@0/dp*.
And also revise the output of the Ethernet port netdev names.
