This causes hostapd restart loops, loss of global control socket connectivity, and eventually test failures in 110-prplmesh-dataelements with all fronthaul SSIDs remaining Down. Disable ucode and ubus integration in hostapd-qca by dropping CONFIG_UCODE, removing CONFIG_UBUS in hostapd/wpa_supplicant configs, and avoiding ubus_global usage in the qca ubus patch.
