profiles: prpl_core.yml: feed_amx: amxo-cg, libamxo: Consider using the ODL hook system for events

Integrates following changes:
- amxo-cg: added events to the xml ouput (f67963cb)
- amxo-cg: use libamxo hooks to handle events (e8b2b646)
- libamxo: added a hook for events (f64456bc)
