profiles: mxl_x86_osp_tb341_v2: set the eMMC partition containing the SMD

Set CONFIG_SAH_LIB_MFG_RO_PART_FILE to point at the right eMMC
partition where the SMD are stored, i.e. /dev/mmc0p13.
