Upstream OpenWrt changed how the package gets cloned and packed. This caused a different hash on older openwrt-23.05 branch, so the PKG_MIRROR_HASH needs to be updated on openwrt-24.10 branch. Signed-off-by: Petr Štetiar <petr.stetiar@prplfoundation.org>
