Removed patches after upstream fix:

generic/pending-6.6/361-Revert-MIPS-mm-Prevent-a-TLB-shutdown-on-initial-uni.patch [1]

Upstream fixed booting the RealTek MIPS 4KEc SoCs. The reverts are not
needed any more.
