ci: wnc-freedom: fix CDRouter LAN interface alias

Update the CDRouter configuration for the wnc-freedom testbed by changing
the LAN interface alias from 'LAN1' to 'cpe-lan1' to align with the new
ethernet aliases naming convention introduced in the qca_ipq95xx profile.
