In commit 692e2f967a ("ci: cram: 065-upnp.t: fix random failures in
netstat check") the check was fixed, but got broken again in commit
b0ee814f61 ("upnp: extending the cram tests"). So lets fix it again.

Test plan packages v1.1.0 are being removed as they're not being used
anymore.
prplOS Network Test Plan timeout was increased to 1h 45min as the test
runtime increased to 1h 40min, 5 min is kept as buffer. The prplOS
Network Test Plan v1.2.0 mandatory tests require more time to complete
than the previous 70 minute timeout allowed. Candidate tests are
shorter, approx. 47 minutes on average, so having 52 minute timeout.

Problem: 103-apmld.t sometimes fails
Cause: APMLD add/del/update logic is too deep inside mldLink,
while it must only look at what has been configured.
Solution: Implement all add/del objects logic inside apMld.c
only using event mecanism when a new MLD is add/del/update
and after a vap status update.

We've upgraded CDRouter hardware from legacy NTA-1000 hardware platform
to the new NTA-3000 hardware platform.
Some of the network interface names changed, so we need to update
network interface names of the NTA1000 to match the corresponding
interface on the new NTA3000 platform.

After the integration of the bSTAMLD feature, the default qdisc mode
for endpoint link interfaces changed from noqueue to noop.
As this mode is managed by the kernel/driver and has no impact on the
endpoint behavior when used, lets update the expected mode in the
script.
The ticket PPW-1282 will be used to analyze in more detail why the
mode changed.
