Upstep the rootfs feed to the latest updk 9.2.10 revision, i.e. 7a8fa93c,
not to install a custom MxL script that resets the bootcount register
after a successful boot.
Resetting the bootcount is already done by another generic init script
provided by feed-prplos in swupdate/kmods/sysregister.

This is just enabled temporarily to reset bootcount register value.
Once FEAT-29 merges, sysregister driver will perform this reset and
we can disable this.

In commit 0dda6cece0 ("ci: mxl25641: enable builds with thread
profile") we've added a build with thread profile, but to actually
configure EFR32 MCU, we need to include efr32-boot-config package as
well, which is going to switch the EF32 into application running mode.

UPDK 9.2.0 has new flash layout so in case we are migrating from old UPDK releases
to UPDK 9.2.0 we need to copy wlan calibration & mfgdata from old partitions to new partitions.

eth0_5 is the fourth 2.5GE port and is not exposed to the user.
In the DTS, eth0_5 is disabled but due to bug in 02_network script
eth0_5 appears for OSPv2. Added fix in 02_network script.

Currently both OSPv1 and OSPv2 boards are pulling in kmod-gpio-button-hotplug,
which causes issues with kmod-gpio-keys needed by new tr181-button component
which is LL-API compliant.
Lets fix it by removing the kmod-gpio-button-hotplug from the MxL board profiles.

With the Device Tree Blob Overlay (DTBO) method, generating a single fullimage
that includes both ETH & PON configurations and using Uboot variable 'wantype'
the ETH & PON WAN configurations can be switched.
CONFIG_PACKAGE_uboot-octopus-urx641-p34x-phy-emmc-prpl_overlay needs to
be enabled for single ETH and PON WAN image support, Currently it is
disabled by default. Hence by default single fullimage is not generated.
If CONFIG_PACKAGE_uboot-octopus-urx641-p34x-phy-emmc-prpl_overlay is
enabled for single ETH and PON WAN image support then U-Boot file needs to be
flashed from
bin/targets/intel_x86/lgm/uboot-octopus-urx641-p34x-phy-emmc-prpl_overlay/u-boot-plus-spl-emmc.bin
and image needs to be flashed from
bin/targets/intel_x86/lgm/overlay-images/prplos-intel_x86-lgm-PRPL_OSP_TB341_v2-osp_tb341_v2_wav700_eth_fullimage_ov.img

Currently ethtool is enabled in UPDK, ethtool-full package is needed
by tr181-sfp manager, both can not exist at same time.
Hence enabling ethtool-full package and removing ethtool.
