In c16f6121920259fc7d35274e507ea13c053b3872 (profiles: thread: add lrzsz for EFR32MG firmware updates)
the package lrzsz was added to the thread profile.
Tests were adapted accordingly, however the thread profile is currently only build for wnc-freedom in the CI.
So let's remove the CONFIG_PACKAGE_lrzsz=y from the expected output for all other targets.

until a special firmware update tool is available, we can use picocom

In the current DTS, the aliases ethernet path /soc/dp* is incorrect.
The proper path would be /soc@0/dp*.
And also revise the output of the Ethernet port netdev names.

This commit adds two new default config options that allow to disable the run as non root feature in libamxrt:
CONFIG_FORCE_RUNNING_AS_ROOT: Enabled by default, this option disables the
feature in the code and makes sure that, even if components request to
run as a different user, it is not possible.
CONFIG_REMOVE_CAPS_ODLS: Enabled by default, this option removes
the default capability files during the first boot. This will also make
all the plugins run as root. The feature will look for all odls in
/etc/amx and subdirectories matching *_caps.odl.

Currently swpal_6x-uci package fails to compile randomly with following error:
src/uci_wrapper.c:20:10: fatal error: libubus.h: No such file or directory
20 | #include <libubus.h>
| ^~~~~~~~~~~
This was caused by missing dependency on libubus, which could result in a race
condition during the build process. It seems that both the ubus package and
swpal_6x-uci are being compiled simultaneously on different CPU threads. As a result,
the ubus headers might be installed later than needed by swpal_6x-uci,
leading to this very sporadic build failure.
This update fixes the issue by providing explicit package dependency on libubus.

Currently the CDRouter VLAN tests are failing with:
FAIL: Could not establish IPv4 DHCP address on lan » no-lan-dhcp-address
This is happening as the UPDK 9.1.80 upstep changes the value of the
model variables in the device tree:
* OSPv1: from `mxl,lightning mountainmxl,lgp` to `mxl,osp-tb341`
* OSPv2: from `mxl,lightning mountainmxl,octopusmxl,octopus-641` to `mxl,osp-tb341-v2`
and thus the DUT VLAN configuration is unable to detect the board
properly and configure the VLAN on the the correct LAN port properly.
So lets adapt the board identification in the VLAN configuration to the
new device tree model variables.
