Currently the prplMesh test pipes the prplmesh_utils.sh status output
(including PIDs) into LC_ALL=C sort and then matches the full lines,
which makes the check sensitive to ASCII PID ordering once PIDs cross
digit boundaries and results in random false negatives as seen in
PPW-881.
So lets strip the leading PIDs before sorting and only assert on the
sorted list of beerocks process names to make the agent operational
check deterministic and CI-stable.

The code to find OVERLAY_MAKEFILE_APPENDS for each package took
about 0.3 seconds which can create a big overhad during
"./scripts/feeds update" processing, where OpenWrt process each
package that exists in all feeds, not only packages targeted for
installation.
To reduce processing time we will re-use the
"$(TMP_DIR)/info/.files-packageinfo-$(SCAN_COOKIE)" file that
created on each run of "make" in OpenWrt root directory and,
after the 1ff5427954 commit,
contains list of all relevant Makefile.append files.
In cases when this file missed, the plain search implementation
would be used to get list of Makefile.append's.

improve the matching using regexp.

Currently it's not clear how long each phase of the build takes, so
let's break this down into collapsible sections which each can provide
precise duration measurement.

* prpl-webui: fix build breakage by using correct PKG_SOURCE_URL
The PKG_SOURCE_URL was changed incorrectly during the integration of
tag/release 0.4.0 where the package source was switched to source code tarball
archive, which doesn't contain the dist/ directory which is produced during the
release process by npm build process, leading to following build breakage:
cp: cannot stat '/builds/prpl-foundation/prplos/prplos/build_dir/target-x86_64_musl/prpl-webui-0.4.0/dist/*': No such file or directory
So lets fix it by using the correct PKG_SOURCE_URL which is the one that points
to the release tarball archive.
