Currently we're experiencing some NTP time sync issues:
54.82 - IP interface wan has ipv4address = 10.0.0.2 (IP.Interface.2.Status = Up, IP.Interface.2.IPv4Address.1.Status = Enabled)

NTP sync was achieved at May 7 11:50:50

Looks like chronyd was able to get time sync from 3 sources:

OBUSPA polls Device.Time.Status every 10sec, query at 11:50:40 returns status as Unsynchrozied

Thus status was not updated atleast till 11:50:40.
So lets increase current CDRouter startTimeout from 90 to 180 seconds

Current CDRouter tests are not passing due to the following issue:
FAIL: The USP agent failed to acknowledge the initial USP message, resulting in the error: "unable-to-start-connection-to-usp-agent".
The failure is occurring because the device is unable to obtain NTP
time. The status of Device.Time is listed as Error_FailedToSynchronize.
Under task PCF-1104, OB-USP-A is configured to withhold attempting
connections to the ACS until essential USP services like DeviceInfo. are
registered, the WAN connection is established, and NTP time is
successfully synchronized. In this scenario, the NTP time has not been
synchronized, which is causing the error.
So lets unblock this by enabling the NTP time synchronization by using
the default/pre-configured prplOS 0.europe.pool.ntp.org and
1.europe.pool.ntp.org NTP servers.

* PROVISORY: mod-amxb-usp: workaround poll timeout by increasing it to 3 seconds
strace we took on boot showed that the handshake does complete, but
after the 2 seconds deadline. As shared during prplOs increasing the
timeout here won't be a long term solution as, while waiting on that
poll, tr181-device won't proxy anymore other request on regular ubus
on Device. which is very central in the overall system. Redoing the
handshake itself would fail due to duplicate endpoint error sent by
obuspa. So the handshake/register flow will need to be reworked to
account for bigger delay without blocking and allow retry of the
register part.
We can temporarily increase the poll timeout to 3 or 4 seconds for
immediate purpose of unlocking the tests.
So lets start with the 3s timeout.
* mod-amxb-usp: Implement register retry mechanism
* tr181-device: Enable register retry mechanism
* tr181-device: Update Device. mappings.
* mod-usp-registration: Add module
* libamxd: Make it possible to _exec functions with braces.
* obuspa: Include an obuspa patch to increase the max number of USP services and controllers.
* debug-information: boot_measurements: monitor Time.Client.*.Status
CPE time status after the boot seems to become a critical KPI, so lets
make the diagnosting easier by including the NTP client status in the
boot measurement log.
* network: time-manager: Bump version to v2.5.0
Fixes or at least improves: PCF-1168
* tr181-device: Data model elements directly underneath Device are not being registered.

In commit 00596caaf91d ("ci: docker: bump containers to Docker version
26") we've updated from Docker version 19 to latest 26 which made the
LCM container CI test job failing as both lcm-test-x86-64-v1 and
lcm-test-x86-64-v2 containers containers are same, so the test checking
for different content of /etc/container-version fails:
docker run registry.gitlab.com/prpl-foundation/prplos/lcm-test-x86-64-v1:prplos cat /etc/container-version
1
docker run registry.gitlab.com/prpl-foundation/prplos/lcm-test-x86-64-v2:prplos cat /etc/container-version
1
It seems, that this new Docker version changed somehow the behavior of
layer caching and thus Docker is no longer able to find out if the
content defined in `ADD ./ /` changed, thus reusing the cached layers.
So lets fix it by pruning the Docker build cache before each v1/v2
container build, so we're sure, that no cache is being used.
I would like to point out, that I've tried to use `docker build
--no-cache` first, but it didn't worked out.

We're unable to run CDRouter test for CPE's TR-069 functionality due to
the following error during the test init phase:
FAIL: Did not receive TR-069 Inform RPC from CPE after 120 seconds » no-wan-tr069-inform
Analyzing the logs, issue arise whenever CPE manages to get a first WAN
address from testbed server instead of CDRouter. With additional unbound traces we can see what happens:
As WAN is up, DNS query for controller.cdroutertest.com is forwarded to
configured upstream DSN server (8.8.8.8 and 1.1.1.1)
1.1.1.1 will reply with a SOA as cdroutertest.com is registered:
cdroutertest.com. 3600 IN SOA ns1.linode.com. support.qacafe.com. 2021000016 14400 14400 1209600 86400
As TTLS is set to 3600 seconds, unbound will cache this as a negative answer for 1 hour.
Latter upstream of CPE is switched to CDRouter, obuspa tries to resolve
controller.cdroutertest.com, but it gets the cached answer as its TTL is
not expired, and no WAN DSN query is done.
So lets fix it by flushing the DNS relay cache during the DUT init
phase, once the network is switched to the CDRouter.

When .OperatingChannelBandwidth=160MHz it force DFS CAC operation on
52-64 channel. This is causing latency before having SSID UP.
* On Haze, OSP and Freedom: We set the OpChannelBW to 80Mhz and set
channel to a non DFS one as workaround to temporary fix PPM-2810.
* On Haze and freedom only Set channel 36 for radio 5ghz to avoid DFS
channel.

Having slash in new `prpl/nightly` branch name causes issues with the
container paths:
The push refers to repository [registry.gitlab.com/prpl-foundation/prplos/prplos/prpl/nightly/builder]
...
denied: requested access to the resource is denied
So lets fix it by introducing new `CI_DESIGNATED_BRANCH_SLUG` variable
and use it appropriately.
