Piotr Nakraszewicz 2043e04105 profiles: prpl_core: feed-prplos: tr181-security, obuspa: boot order, certificates 
upstep feed-prplos with:
- boot order change (security vs obuspa)
- integrates obuspa vendor hook patch and startup script
  modification to use the data model from tr181-security
- integrates tr181-security module branch change

Integrates:

- 13c18ef: ("Add Security.CABundle default values", 2026-02-04)
