prplbot ce27a0e7d2 profiles: prpl_core: feed_amx, feed-prplos, feed-prplmesh: bump to feature-PCF-1990-enable-auto-respawn-via-procd 
Integrates following changes:
- amxrt: library routine to have procd based service monitoring for prplware
- prplos: For proposed prplwares, migrating non-procd to procd-based init system
- prplmesh: For proposed prplmesh, supports both procd & non-procd init systems (dual script) depends on
  environment to install
