3dc602c80c base-files: save current time to /etc on poweroff if ntp synced before 
even if the RTC fails, we can still keep the time as accurate as possible.

cb824fbc09 image: prevent parted from modifying mbr diskid 
some platform like RPI4/5 use fixed PARTUUID in boot script, parted modify MBR diskid will cause boot failed.
